Aer Lingus Group plc ("Aer Lingus") has been notified this morning of an offer by Ryanair Holdings plc ("Ryanair") for the issued share capital of Aer Lingus Group plc not already owned by Ryanair. Aer Lingus notes the offer and will make a statement in due course. In the meantime, Aer Lingus shareholders are strongly urged to take no action.
