COMPANIES OF THE ALITALIA GROUP UNDER EXTRAORDINARY ADMINISTRATION

PRESS RELEASE

The Extraordinary Administrator, Mr Augusto Fantozzi, announces that he presented to the Ministry for Economic Development today the “Programme for selling the complex of assets and contracts as per article 27, paragraph 2, letter b.bis of the legislative decree no. 270/1999”, in compliance with article 4, paragraph 2, of decree no. 347 of 2003, together with the request for authorisation to accept the new purchase offer received from CAI S.p.A. today.

Again today, the Extraordinary Administrator presented the judge responsible for the case at the Rome court – bankruptcy section, with the report on the causes of the Companies insolvency, under extraordinary administration, in compliance with article 4, paragraph 2, of decree no. 347 of 2003.
